Meals on Wheels in Russell
Russell Meals on Wheels volunteer drivers have been delivering meals around the wider Russell area for more than 20 years.
The frozen meals are produced by the Northland District Health Board and delivered by Northland Ferries to the Russell wharf every Monday. Meals on Wheels drivers pick up the meals from the Bay Belle ferry skipper and deliver them to whoever in the community has signed up to this service.
